The Fleeting Memories of What Once Was' is a reevaluation and acceptance of the memories and experiences that you may have suppressed. As a very avoidant person, I think something I fail to do is work through my tougher emotions that come my way. Painting this was my way of recollecting all of those tough emotions throughout the years, sitting down with them, then finally letting them go. It's important to let yourself feel every emotion that comes your way, whether it be happy or not.
