I’m not even that big of an EDM fan but I changed my mind after experiencing two days of pure energy. A big theme that I try to express in a lot of my paintings is freedom. I’m constantly trying to make art that allows me to freely express whatever is on my mind. Set Me Free is not just a painting inspired by a music festival, but it’s an art piece that represents that need to be free.

I wanted to express that need to be free through our bodies, mind, and soul. Being in that crowd just dancing made me feel like nothing else mattered in that moment. All the worries just completely forgotten. It was great just living in the moment and something I won’t forget.
